Suicide has taken the life of a friend…
Suicide has taken the life of a beautiful and big hearted friend this evening. I wrote about suicide the other day, and how important it is to call a friend or family member, call a helpline, look online for suicide forums, go to your doctor, or go directly to your local hospital’s A&E and explain the situation.
Suicide is something to be taken seriously and tonight it has taken the life of someone with great talents, a beautiful heart, and a passion for everything she worked for.
Never, ever belittle the feelings that you are having. Depression kills if it is not treated, and you have every right to get treatment for it. However, sometimes you need to ask for it.
If you don’t tell people how you are feeling, they will not know how serious you are about suicide, or know how to help you.
My phone is always on! 805.455.3204. I am here for anyone and everyone. A life is more important to me that anything else going on. If you feel you are at a loss and no where to go, I don’t care if we are friends, I am here
